Our focus is largely on North Holland cheese. Nevertheless, we have a small assortment of foreign cheeses, including the French epoisses and the famous roquefort. Tastes that are known to us, and that we fully support. In our store we are happy to tell you everything about our range. And we would be happy to advise you about matching wines, vinegar or other delicacies.
